Today's song is....Hey Boy, by Mark Ronson and The Business Intl. Now I have done a couple of previous posts for this artist, so to expedite this process the rest is just a simple copy and paste from a previous post:
Mark Ronson is known for working with other artists, primarily as a DJ and producer in producing hit pop-hop and electronica tracks such as his 2003 release Ooh Wee (feat. Ghostface Killah, Nate Dogg & Trife) which appeared on the Hitch movie soundtrack that year. Mark Ronson has released 3 studio albums, and has won a BRIT Award for Best Male Artist in 2008. The Bike Song comes off of his still unreleased Record Collection album, due to come out sometime in this year of 2010.This song features singer Kyle Falconer from indie rock band The View and rapper Spank Rock. Hey Boy features guest artists Rose Elinor Dougall and Theophilus London, and it was released with the album in September of 2010. I highly recommend Record Collection as an album, and in fact it is a top contender for top albums of 2010, but there are so many other good ones that I cannot really say where it will land and I will just leave that ranking to the so-called professional muscian critics. Big Ups yoself!
Mostly Music but also some Movies, Media, Conspiracy, New Age/Spiritual, Meditation, and much more.

Song of the Day for October 5th, 2010: "Somebody to Love Me" by Mark Ronson & The Business Intl.
And the song of the day is....Somebody to Love Me, by British guitarist and music producer Mark Ronson & The Business Intl. This song is interesting as it features Boy George on vocals, and also includes Andrew Wyatt (from The Bird and the Bee). It is a slower song, not like the first two singles Bang, Bang, Bang or The Bike Song, and it harkens back to some of Ronson's soul sounds, as are found more in his previous albums. Somebody to Love Me comes off of his latest album release titled Record Collection, which is now out in stores, as it was officially released in full on September 27th, 2010. Record Collection has already peaked at #1 on the UK Album Download Chart, and at #2 on the UK Albums Chart, so its out there in a big way already, and this is actually the 3rd track off of that album I have featured on this vlog, so enjoy and be sure to check out the album in its entirety.

Song of the Day for September 15th, 2010: "The Bike Song" by Mark Ronson & The Business Intl
And the song of the day is....The Bike Song, by English guitarist/producer Mark Ronson & The Business Intl. Now I have done a previous post for his recent hit song titled Bang, Bang, Bang, so to expedite this process the rest is just a simple copy and paste from the previous post: Mark Ronson is known for working with other artists, primarily as a DJ and producer in producing hit pop-hop and electronica tracks such as his 2003 release Ooh Wee (feat. This video is pretty cool, especially the beginning bits with the flashing lights reminiscent of japanese animation and 80's cartoons the likes of Voltron and Thundercats. It is a bit different from his last one though, not quite as instantly catchy, but it will grow on you. The song itself is set to be released on September 19th, 2010 in the UK, so it will probably be on itunes and amazon by then. Enjoy!
