Oh hells yeah! A truly under-rated 80s movie, although target audience is young teens. A group of classic monsters including the Frankenstein monster, Gill-man, wolf-man, and mummy, lead by the infamous Count Dracula attempt to make the evil forces permanent on Earth, but a group of young teens (aka the Monster Squad) are out to stop them. Really not quality, but thats really not what we are looking for here is it. If you like classic 80s kid adventure movies like The Goonies, you will dig The Monster Squad.

This was quite a bit better than I expected it to be. Michael Caine recruits the unsuspecting Shirley MacLaine to assist him in the heist of a valuable piece of sculpture from the richest man in the world. I especially like how they mislead you at the beginning, but I won't give that part away any more than that. Check this one out, especially if you like jewel-thief/heist themed movies, its another classic.

This is one of those classic John Cusack 80s movies of all time (and my personal favorite). It contains all the strangely sorted teen jokes, goofy scenes, and typical high school stereotypes, and 80s movie formula kool-aid that you will definitely rock out. Oh, and the Soundtrack is pretty rad too, just wish it were on ITunes or something. Check it out!

Akhu's Movie Reviews: 'Bride Flight' (2011)
Quite a good and interesting Dutch movie about a group of young Dutch expatriates looking for a new life and prosperity in New Zealand. A close-knit group of young Dutch settlers start out on a competitive flight to NZ, some of the young women are to be married to lonely farmers there, and some are young men, one of whom fathers a child with one woman, whilst having romance with another. Another of the couples discovers she is infertile and secretly agrees to adopt the out-of-wedlock child of the other woman and it just gets complicated so you will have to watch it. Good story, and quality acting.
