Your Weekly Song Post: 'True Loves' by Hooray For Earth (2011)

Your weekly song post is up, and this week we are featuring American experimental rock/synth rock band Hooray For Earth and their song True Loves.  Hooray For Earth are based out of Boston, Massachusetts, United States,  they have been around circa 2005, and the band consists of members Noel Heroux (multi-instrumentalist and founder), Christopher Principe (bass guitar), Gary Benacquista (guitar), and Joseph Ciampini (drums/multi-instrumentalist). Your Daily Song: 'Gucci Gucci' by Kreayshawn (2011)

Today's feature song is Gucci Gucci by American hip-hop artists Kreayshawn. Kreayshawn (Natassia Gail Zolot) is a hip-hop singer/song-writer out of Oakland, California and has been active on the music scene circa 2008, also being a former member of garage-punk band The Trashwomen. Gucci Gucci is a single which was initially released on Kreayshawn's YouTube channel and which since has gaine over 10 million views. The song was available as of June 14th, 2011 on many online music stores such as ITunes and Amazon.

Your Daily Song: 'Go Ahead' by The Rosebuds (2011)

Your daily feature song for today goes to American indie-rock band The Rosebuds, and their song Go Ahead. The Rosebuds are and indie-rock/dance/folk band from Raleigh, North Carolina who have been active in music since 2001 and consists of duo Ivan Howard (vocals/guitar/ drums/ bass/keyboards/programming) and Kelly Crisp (vocals/keyboard/drums/guitar/accordion). Your Daily Feature: 'Bumper' by Cults (2011)

Today's daily feature is a song called Bumper, by Manhattan-based indie-pop band Cults. Cults started out in 2010 with New York University-collegues and duo Brian Oblivion (vocals, guitar, and percussion) and Madeline Follin (vocals) who rose to fame with the release of their digital 3-track EP in 2010. Bumper comes off of their debut self-titled studio-album Cults, which was released on June 7th, 2011 and is still pretty fresh. Head over to their website HERE for more music and info.

Featured Song of the Day: 'Zimbabwe' by New Navy (2011)

Today's feature song is Zimbabwe by Australian indie-dance group New Navy. New Navy hail out of Sydney, Australia and consists of members Matt-Drums, James-Guitar, Benjamin-Bass Guitar & Vocals, and Jamie-Guitar (no last names provided). Featured Song of the Day = 'Up Up Up' by Givers (2011)

Today's feature song is Up Up Up by American indie-pop band Givers. Givers have been active since 2009, they originate out of Lafayette, Louisiana, and consists of members Tiffany Lamson (vocals and percussion), Taylor Guarisco (guitar and vocals), Kirby Campbell (drums and vocals), Josh LeBlanc (bass guitar), and Nick Stephan (saxophone, keyboards, flute).
