Weekly Song Post: 'You're Mine' by Devin (2011)

I'm back with the weekly song post, and this weeks goes to Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Devin and his song You're Mine. Devin Therriault is a New York musician who started out circa 2009 by creating songs in pro-tools and playing all the instruments and singing all of the vocals. He later formed a band called Devin and the Little Angels. You're Mine is a track off of his EP of the same title, which was released on November 15th, 2011. The Track of the Week: 'Endless Summer' by The Jezabels (2011)

This week's track is Endless Summer, by Sydney-based Australian indie-pop-rock group The Jezabels. The band formed originally back in 2007 where the members met at University and started up the group, which consists of Hayley Mary (vocals), Heather Shannon (piano/keyboard), Nik Kaloper (drums), and Samuel Lockwood (bass guitar). Endless Summer is a track off of the groups latest album Prisoner, which was released on November 8th, 2011. The Weekly Music Post: 'Get Down Party (with Raashan Ahmad)' by Meem (2011)

Welcome back fans, its time for another weekly music post. This week the post goes to Australian music producer, DJ, and radio host Meem, and his track Get Down Party (feat. Raashan Ahmad).  Meem (Michael Moebus) is an electro/funk/soul/disco musician and producer who started out on the Australian music scene in the early 1990's, and he is based out of Sydney, Australia. He has worked with many major artists including Thievery Corporation and Groove Armada. The song Get Down Party, comes off of his latest studio album Monsters Don't Sleep OK!, which was released on November 11, 2011. Your Song of the Week: 'Brother' by Matt Corby (2011)

I've been slow about the posts I know, especially the song posts, but thems the breaks. The latest song post goes to Australian singer/song-writer Matt Corby and his hit song Brother. Matt Corby originates out of Sydney, Australia and has been active in mainstream music circa 2007. Brother comes off of his latest studio album Into the Flame, which was released on November 11, 2011 and the song actually hit #3 on the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2011.
